Everyone needs to check in at the clubhouse between 7:30 and 8:10. Remember there is over $2,100 in the Roll Over Ace Pot (unless it gets hit at the Encore) and it is a cash only pot that can only be entered at the registration desk. Round 1 tees off at 8:30. Scores for this tournament will be kept at pdga.com/score. The code is HTO. Round 1 player course and hole assignments will be posted shortly after registration closes Friday night at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/74412 The staff will automatically receive the scores at tournament central. Please have at least two people keep score. This will help keep any mistakes from occurring.
When round one is finished, lunch will be provided by Downing Street Pour House & Brent Hilliard for free (donations welcomed). Round 2 SHOULD start at 12:30 but may change based on last card. There will be an announcement by DGM staff, and round 2 assignments will be posted on the PDGA page.
